A potluck supper and Valentine's Day raffle was held in Ruddell Feb. 14 - what a nice way it was to spend Valentine's Day with family and friends. Hope you all had a good one.
Winning baskets in the raffle were Emma Harder, Donna Challis, Cathy Gillatt, Audrey Seib, Robert Patterson, Betty Custer, Carol Deagnon and Everitt Soule.
Organizers appreciate the support of all who bought raffle tickets and donated groceries for the baskets.
A bridal shower was held for Jodi Kieper Feb. 12. Jodi grew up on the farm at Fielding. She is the daughter of Dianne and Dale Keiper, and Charlie Larance. She went to the Maymont Central School and now lives in North Battleford. Jodi was married in Mexico Jan. 23. Thank you to the shower committee - Laura Spence, Kari Gray, Denise Bernier, Anita Prescesky and Shauna Feeris. Brook Ferris entertained the ladies with a piano piece. Jana and Brook Ferris sat at the guest registry. For those who weren't there, the dessert was wonderful. Congratulations.
