Mr. Tyson Volk reports that the senior curling teams have had another successful year. There were two senior curling teams - a mixed team and a women's team. Both entered district playoffs in Meadow Lake with high hopes of success. Both teams played well.

The women's team finished with a record of one win and two losses, which put them just out of reach of a regional playoff spot. The mixed team finished with a record of 2-1, which was good enough to advance to the regional playoffs in Unity Feb. 17 and 18. At the regionals, the mixed team had some exceptional games. They handily beat Clavet and Delisle, but lost close games to Tommy Douglas and North Battleford which put them short of a berth at provincials.

Congratulations to both curling teams on another successful year. Players on the women's team were: Marissa Brockhoff, Kaibre Watson, Kasey Schmidt and Laura Hegel. On the mixed team were: Landon Watson, Ashlee Goodfellow, Carl Cammidge and Avery Moir. Brandon Morgan and Mikayla Watson were the alternate players.
