Students from the Comp in Action Club from North Battleford Comprehensive High School put on their scary faces as they created a Haunted House at the Western Development Museum, Oct. 29.

The Comp in Action (CIA) Club is a group of students from NBCHS who do various activities around the community to raise money for charities. The club lasts all year long, doing a variety of activities like bake sales, talent shows, haunted houses and more. They raise money for various charities, local and international. The group is run by president Taisley Isaac and vice president Courtney Horsman, along with staff advisor Rob Wall.

The CIA has created a haunted house at the Western Development Museum for many years. This year they created a haunted house with a toy store theme. Children who entered the toy store would have to endure superheroes, G.I. Joes, a mysterious tea party, an alarm monkey, Barbies, rag dolls and ballerinas, along with the terrifying toy maker and scares and surprises around every corner. All proceeds from this event were donated to the North Battleford Humane Society.

The haunted toy store was considered a success with a total of 305 visits by children and their parents.
