Medstead Multiple 4-H Club held general meetings on Nov. 3, Dec. 1, Jan. 12, Feb. 2 and March 2.
A Cloverbud meeting was held Nov. 3. The foods group had their first meeting Nov. 11 and a second meeting was held in December. Beef meetings were held Nov. 24, Dec. 8, Jan. 12, Feb. 9 and March 9. Light horse meets Monday and Thursday every other week.
Over $200 was raised at the Medstead Bazaar Nov. 6. The club hosted a fall supper Nov. 14 and had about 120 people attend.
Eight members attended Agribition in Regina Nov. 25 and 26.
A 4-H Christmas party was held Dec. 12 at the Medstead Arena. Members skated and had lunch and goodie bags.
Jan .19, the club held a gym night at the Medstead School. The annual Valentine's Brunch was held at the Medstead Hall Feb. 13 with about 80 people attending.
Club public speaking was held Feb. 18, with many good speakers taking the podium. Four members advanced to district public speaking in Glaslyn March 6.
In November the club applied for a $500 grant from Farm Credit Canada, and in February members were notified the grant money was approved. The money will be used to help each member with the annual membership registration fee. Thank you FCC for supporting 4-H in Saskatchewan.
