Children's entertainers Sandy and Lee Paley made a stop in North Battleford last week when they put on a show for children and families gathered at Central Park near the library.
The Paleys write their own songs and made their songs extra entertaining by involving the audience. Props, such as beach balls, were handed out and while they sang the kids could throw the balls to each other. Many other toys where also used to help make the music more fun. At one point some kids volunteered to be human instruments. There was a trombone, drum, trumpet and more.
The Paleys released their first album in 1982 and started a children's TV show in 1988. The couple's audience is mainly kids, but they strongly encourage families to come as their songs are for parents and children to enjoy together
