Cribbage was played May 22. Jean Hartman supplied lunch and hosted, assisted by Dorothy Schwartz. High score went to Bev Stewart and low to Eva Inkster.
Bingo was played May 25 with Joan Smith and Margaret MacEachern doing the calling. Lunch was provided by Dorothy Harmel and Bev Stewart. The loonie pot was won by Dorothy Kissick.
Games of choice were played May 29 with a good turnout. Jean Hartman provided lunch. Draws were made and won by Hettie Richardson and Margaret MacEachern.
Bingo was played June 1 with Joan Smith and Margaret MacEachern doing the calling. Lunch was provided by Jean Stewart.
The monthly meeting was held June 3 with a better than usual turnout. Margaret MacEachern was in the chair. Final arrangements were made for the Father's Day Tea to be held June 17. The time is 2 to 4 p.m. May-June birthday supper will be celebrated June 24 with the Ramblers orchestra for entertainment. The July-August birthday celebration will be a cold plate supper Aug. 19 starting at 3 p.m. with supper at 5 p.m.
There will be cards, bingo, exercise sessions or monthly meetings for the months of July and August. The next monthly meeting will be Friday, Sept. 3.
