March has been a busy month at Maidstone High School.
The senior girls' and boys' basketball teams attended regionals last weekend. Despite all of their hard work, they will not be moving on to provincials. That marks the end of this year's basketball season and the beginning of badminton season. Both our junior badminton team, coached by Ms. Malfair, and senior badminton team, coached by Mr. Loomes, have started practising. They will begin competing in April.
Last weekend, Mr. Loomes took of the senior high students on the annual ski trip to Banff. Later in April the travel club will be going on a 10-day trip to Italy and Greece. Both of these will be exciting experiences for our students.
