New light standards for 100th Street, Territorial Drive, Hwy 4

During light standard installation work and while the roads are icy, drivers are asked to drive with caution and attention and to carefully follow the instructions of flaggers in this area.

NORTH BATTLEFORD — Between Monday, March 11 and Friday, March 15, drivers can expect disruptions at the intersection of 100th Street, Territorial Drive and Highway 4 North.

Crews will be onsite installing new light standards. The expected schedule of work is as follows: 

  • Monday 
    • Site preparation and pole delivery
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 
    • Installation of poles, with lane closures and flaggers stopping traffic as required 
  • Thursday 
    • Removal of old poles, programming, and maintenance of the new lights 
  • Friday 
    • Site clean-up and removal of equipment
