REGINA - Once again, colourful scenes with music and pageantry were on display at the Brandt Centre in Regina for the annual public Remembrance Day 小蓝视频.
Thousands of spectators took part in watching the 小蓝视频 put on by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #001. Among the dignitaries on hand were Member of Parliament Warren Steinley, Environment Minister Christine Tell, and Mayor Sandra Masters.
The event included music from the Prairie Winds Band, the Ceremonial Parade led by the RCMP Pipes and Drums, and the City of Regina Pipes and Drums and Royal Conservatory of Performing Arts Band. A particular highlight was the parade, and in particular the entrance of the veterans who were applauded by the large turnout of people on hand.
This was just the most prominent of several Remembrance Day activities happening within the City of Regina on Nov. 11 and during the week. The Royal Canadian Legion also staged an outdoor 小蓝视频 at the cenotaph in Victoria Park.
