SASKATOON — Update: The 13-year-old subject of a missing persons investigation, Scarlett Starr, has been located and was confirmed to be safe.
Original post: The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing 13-year old Scarlett Starr, last seen on Dec. 12. There is concern that Scarlett may be in a vulnerable state.
Scarlett is described as 小蓝视频 five foot four, with a thin build and black and blonde hair. Scarlett was last seen wearing a green sweater, black converse shoes and carrying a blue Champion bag. She was last seen in the 500 block of Cope Way.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Scarlett Starr is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or, in an emergency, 9-1-1. Anonymous information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
