REGINA — Innovation Federal Credit Union’s no essay scholarships program has grown in popularity over the past few years and looks to continue with the financial institution’s recent national expansion, according to a press release.
To pair with the four $1,000 no-essay scholarships offered each month, students who are Innovation members can now also apply for one of two $10,000 annual draws.
“Students need additional support, not additional work,” says Community Marketing Specialist Shawna Jardine. “That’s why we’ve optimized our monthly no-essay scholarships and added the new $10,000 scholarships to make the process even more rewarding for our student members.”
Mike Woroniak, manager – Brand, Community, and Communications, sees this as a win-win situation for students and for Innovation.
“Our no essay scholarships program allows students to get the funding they need without writing a 1,000-word essay, which aligns with our purpose of simplifying banking for Canadians.”
