TISDALE – The Sask United Party has announced Shauna Seymour as the Carrot River Valley candidate.
Seymour was raised north of Tisdale on the farm her great-grandfather homesteaded in 1904. Seymour and her husband, Lloyd, are now the fourth generation to farm the homestead.
After graduating from Tisdale Unit Composite School Seymour sought further education at the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina, and 小蓝视频ern Alberta Institute of Technology in Journalism. She also holds a Public Sector Governance Certification from the Johnson Shoyama Institute for Public Policy while serving on the Western Development Museum board of directors.
Seymour’s passion has always been volunteerism and communities. She is known for her willingness to pitch in where needed, whether it be for a church, a special event, a community group, or a political organization said the Sask United Party.
“Professionally, Shauna spent nearly twenty years in marketing research where she managed quantitative and qualitative projects. She thrived as a focus group moderator and honed her ability to listen and understand what drives those with opinions differing from her own. Shauna is not afraid to ask tough questions, especially those representing an opposing view. Her career taught her the profound importance of finding common ground said the Sask United Party
