SASKATOON – Saskatoon police have arrested a 14-year-old male youth after a 26-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint.
Police say that at about 7:15 a.m. on March 10, the man was walking in the area of Avenue S south and 20th Street West when he was approached by the teen who produced a knife and stole the man’s wallet. The victim wasn’t physically injured.
Police located the youth a short time later near 21st Street West and Avenue T СÀ¶ÊÓƵ and arrested him following a brief struggle. Officers located multiple knives and the victim’s wallet on the youth.
Charges are pending.
