Two men charged with vandalizing vehicle windows

Police responded to pair of separate incidents at Pasqua Hospital.

REGINA – A pair of Regina men are facing charges after СÀ¶ÊÓƵ caught breaking into vehicles near the Pasqua Hospital.

The first incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on Saturday evening with security officers making the call to police after witnessing one of the men breaking a vehicle window.

"They pursued the suspect on foot and detained him until police arrived," said RPS in a media release.

Police responded to the second call at around 2:30 a.m. on April 24, with security officers staying with the suspect until police arrived.

"Hospital security officers came upon a male suspect who was inside a vehicle that had the window smashed out," RPS said.

 

James Tolver, 42, and Jeremy Pocha, 38, are charged with mischief under $5,000. Pocha is further charged with possession of break in instruments.

Both men will make first appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on June 6.
