PRINCE ALBERT – A 27-year-old woman is in custody facing multiple drug and weapons-related charges as a result of a successful multi-week drug trafficking investigation by the Prince Albert Police Service Crime Reduction Team (PACRT).
Alexandra Megan Methilda Tinker appeared in Prince Albert Provincial Court Monday, where she was remanded in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for July 19.
PACRT arrested Tinker in the East Flat area of Prince Alberta and then raided a home in the 1000 block of 8th Street East. They seized 850 grams of methamphetamine, 43.2 grams of cocaine, a 22-calibre rifle, a ballistic vest, two Airsoft guns, a digital scale, cell phones, drug paraphernalia, and more than $2,000 in cash. The estimated value of the drugs seized is in excess of $46,000.
