Man facing break and enter charges following break-in to Regina business

A Police Service Dog was sent inside the compound to locate the suspect.

REGINA - A man is facing break and enter charges following a break-in to a Regina business.

On Aug. 20 at approximately 3:10 a.m., police were dispatched to a business on the 1600 block of Winnipeg Street for the report of a break and enter. Initial information indicated that there was a man in the secured compound.

Police arrived on scene and set up a perimeter, and a Police Service Dog (PSD) was sent inside the compound to find the suspect. A short time later, the PSD located the male suspect, which resulted in the suspect 小蓝视频 bitten by the PSD. The suspect was arrested and transported to hospital for treatment of his injuries.

As a result, a 34 year-old man, from Estevan, is charged with break and enter; and possession of break-in instruments.

He will make his first appearance on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on Oct. 2 at 9:30 a.m.
