SASKATOON – A Saskatoon man facing drug trafficking charges from October 2021 has pleaded not guilty and elected to be tried in provincial court.
Defence counsel Brian Pfefferle told Saskatoon court Tuesday that they had case management on Monday and on April 25 defence will be prepared to set a trial date for 23-year-old Jade Gatin Pojol.
He is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and psilocybin, and possession of the proceeds of crimes.
The charge against Pojol hasn’t been tested in court.
