Kevin Levitsky pleads not guilty, trial set in Lloydminster court

LLOYDMINSTER – A Saskatchewan man pleaded not guilty in Lloydminster court on Aug. 14 to knowingly harassing a woman by repeatedly following her from place to place, and two counts of breach of a court order.

A trial for Kevin Travis Levitsky is now scheduled for Jan. 4, 2024. The charges stem from Nov. 30, 2022.

Earlier this month, two assault charges were withdrawn against Levitsky in Meadow Lake Provincial Court and instead, a peace bond was issued stipulating that Lavitsky can’t contact, or go near, his two victims.

Other charges of refusing to comply with a demand to provide his breath sample necessary to enable a proper analysis to be made by an approved screening device, operating a vehicle while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol, and driving while 小蓝视频 pursued by a police officer and failing to stop for officers, were also withdrawn.

Levitsky was fined $2,600, however, on charges of resisting or obstructing two police officers by running away, and failing to comply with an appearance notice.
