MONTREAL LAKE CREE NATION - Update: Police say Priya Stewart has been located safe in the community.
Original story: Waskesiu RCMP are asking the public’s assistance to help locate 11-year-old Priya Stewart of Montreal Lake Cree Nation. Priya was last seen at the playground in the community around 2 p.m. April 9. Officers have conducted initial checks of residences and the surrounding area. Priya has not been located and police continue to look for her.
Priya Stewart is described five foot one with a small build, brown neck/shoulder-length hair and she has a cut on her upper chin.
She was last seen wearing a grey sweater with black in the middle, black pants and black and white shoes.
Anyone with information on Priya’s whereabouts is asked to contact RCMP by calling 306-663-4400, 911 or 310-RCMP.
