We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Lottery Product Coordinator to coordinate the administrative aspects of the National Draws business including accounting and procurement, liaising with the finance department regarding invoicing and working directly with vendors for all the aforementioned.  In addition, this role assists the National Draws team with national Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC) promotion execution, gift card management, meeting coordination, project tracking and day to day support.   

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director, National Draw Based Games, you will be empowered to:

  • Coordinate all D365 items for the National Draws team including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoices, and accruals. Ensure all expenditures are appropriately authorized, tracked, coded and processed

  • Create and maintain reports to support Draws team as required including budget tracking. Organize reporting and other team files in MS Teams

  • Consolidate weekly sales updates across the Lottery division for broader distribution, collaborating with VP, Lottery.

  • Manage all Draws product content on OLG.ca and support the development of briefs in collaboration with product owners, coordinate with Digicomm, and follow up on published content and issues.

  • Support national ILC promotion execution elements including PES system updates, coordinating posting of promotional game conditions for OLG.ca and working with cross-functional teams for ACGO promotion approvals and AODA site tagging.

  • Manage gift card inventory working with sales, procurement, and distribution and printing suppliers as well as internal stakeholders on product testing. Update sales and inventory reports as required.

  • Coordination of premium items including inventory management, procurement, and re-ordering. Accountable to submit requests to external vendor for shipping of premium items as needed.

  • Support team with high-jackpot activations and winner’s events as required

  • Supports team with presentation preparation including content creation

  • Coordinate meetings both internally and externally as required, ensuring business priorities are considered.

  • Complete expense reports and make travel arrangements

  • Social Committee planning for Lottery Product Team

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Work experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an office/business administration type role including experience with requisitions, purchase orders, receiving invoices, tracking expenditures, making travel arrangements and creating expense reports.

Education: college diploma in Office or Business Administration, or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills: proficient with MS Word, Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills; attention to detail, communication, planning and organizing, time management, collaboration, relationship building, problem solving, good judgment, tact and diplomacy

Assets: understanding of marketing principles including product, promotions, merchandising, advertising, market research and communication channels, knowledge of consumer and technology trends, understanding of lottery products or the gaming industry, experience using D365
