YORKTON - As the old saying goes, everyone loves a parade and people lined up along Broadway Street in Yorkton Saturday to enjoy the annual Summer Fair parade.
The parade, sponsored by the Painted Hand Casino and SIGA honoured 150 years on Treaty 4 Territory.
As every year of the long running summer fair event this year’s parade included a variety of floats, vintage vehicles and tractors, dancers, horses and bands.
The parade was a highlight of the final day of the 2024 Yorkton Exhibition Association Fair presented by the Yorkton Tribal Council.
