YORKTON - Yorkton’s RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty has been recognized among the top offices in the RE/MAX CANADA Region.
The Yorkton-based realtor was recently announced as earning the Top Transaction Award in a small market for 2024.
RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty ranked number one overall in the RE/MAX Canada Region for total transaction sides closed in 2024.
This is the second consecutive year RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty has been recognized for their number of annual transactions closed.
The award recognizes the utmost trust and professionalism RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty offers their clients.
Taking the award two years in a row speaks to the effort of the local realtors, Rob Kozak Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty told Yorkton This Week.
“In any business you always want to be consistent and continuing to grow,” he said, adding the awards “. . . validate . . . that’s what we’ve done.”
The award would not be possible if the people involved with RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty weren’t “passionate about the community,” said Kozak. He said because they are local they know the schools, and recreation facilities and people and that knowledge is a key to serving the public in realty.
