YORKTON - It might have been a windy start but June Multicultural Days still got off to a great start Thursday.
Hosted by the Yorkton Business Improvement District, the event, held in City Centre Park was the first of four scheduled for June.
This week the evening celebrated both Indigenous culture and Jamaican culture.
The event featured Indigenous drumming and dance, and the sounds of Jamaica, along with great food and camaraderie.
Next up, Thursday June 13th come learn and celebrate two more cultures, those from Vietnam, and Philippines.
