Linda Sagel. June 12, 1956 - November 6, 2015. Linda Sagel (n茅e Currah) of Regina, SK died on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Pasqua Hospital after a short battle with cancer. She was 59. Linda was born on June 12, 1956 in Yorkton, SK to father William Kenneth Currah and mother Mary Currah. Linda was a free spirited woman who educated herself through various schooling and adventurous life experiences across Canada and abroad. In the year 2000, Linda followed her heart and passion for knowledge by traveling to Ireland where she discovered her Irish roots and in doing so fell in love with the people and their culture. Linda is survived by her husband, Wilf; her son, Cory; her daughter, Robyn; her step -son, Jordon; her sister, Darlene; her brother, Gordon; her brother Delbert; her brother Melvin; her mother, Mary and numerous nieces and nephews and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Leona and her father, Kenneth. The gathering to celebrate Linda's life will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Prairie Place, 2242 McIntyre Street. All who knew Linda and shared memories with her are welcome to come and reminisce with us. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Cancer Society.
