OUTLOOK - The community of Outlook is home to many gifted young athletes, and one of them has caught the attention of a major university.
It was announced last week that Sarah Leverton, a senior student at Outlook High School, has been recruited by the University of Regina to join their celebrated track and field program in the fall of 2025.
Leverton was the #2 ranked athlete in the nation for the previous indoor season at the Under-18 level in the long jump event, and placed fourth in the 200 metre, and seventh in the 60 metre.
The University of Regina, home of the Cougars, is excited to have this young athlete on their roster by next fall.
