The Okla snowmobile derby attracted 60 avid sleds and their operators on February 23.
"It was one of the best turnouts we have had and the weather was great with everyone having a good time," said organizers.
Snowmobilers traveled 40 miles through the scenic environment and met back at the Okla Community Hall for supper and awards.
The derby donated approximately $1,100 of the proceeds from hands collected to the Children's Hospital.
Barry Engdahl of Lintlaw was the winner of the highest hand and he carried his own hand. Sheila Swiderski of Lintlaw was the second highest hand and she also carried her hand. Joanne Dunn (of)) Lintlaw was the third highest hand winner and she carried Linda Spray's sponsor hand.
Grant Peacock of Lintlaw was the low hand winner and he carried Linda Spray's hand.
Bryce Murray of Lintlaw was the outside rider with most hands and Linda Spray was the local rider with the most hands.
