Robyn Silvernagle, Sasha Yole, Dayna Demmans and Cristina Goertzen all made the trip to Yorkton over the weekend representing Meadow Lake and went undefeated in a local cashspiel over the weekend.
"This went right down to the bitter end," laughed skip Silvernagle after adding an insurance point late in her team's match against Syrota (Wadena).
"This went very well for us. We're very pleased with ourselves."
She said things just happened to go their way because their game plan for the weekend, which began Friday with the opening draw at 7 p.m., and continued until nearly 4 p.m., Sunday for Silvernagle and her team.
They continued to put together a perfect record, going 5-0. "We kept to our style, fairly conservative."They put together an impressive streak, having only played together as a team for only one year, and she said she's playing with a new lead.
