Watrous RCMP got a call at about 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday that a child was injured.
WATROUS - RCMP are investigating the death of a four-year-old child in Watrous on Wednesday.
When Watrous RCMP arrived following a call at about 12:30 a.m. of an injured child, they found a four-year-old boy in medical distress. He was declared deceased by EMS. His family has been notified and Victim Services has been engaged to provide support to them. Police are not releasing the child’s name or other identifying details.
Saskatchewan RCMP’s Major Crime Unit is investigating the circumstances of his death.
