$1,010 for Municipal and $12.65 for听 School. The Town accepted a voluntary transfer of that property in 2019. In between council鈥檚 acceptance of the offer and the legal transfer of the property, the municipal software automatically applied the tax levy applied to the account. The abatement resolution was to simply cancel the taxes because the property belongs to the town and is not taxable.
