Multi-Faceted Alpine Skiing
Improvements made to the downhill ski area at Duck Mountain since last season have made the facility not only better looking, but more attractive to a wider variety of people as well. The new handle tow (left photo) which was installed to take the place of the old rope tow at the beginners’ slope has made access to the top of the slope much easier and safer for skiers, especially youngsters. The handle tow also provides access up the hill for persons with toboggans which may be used on a special slope.
