Those who’ll be in attendance at the public meeting СÀ¶ÊÓƵ hosted by the Town of Outlook next week will be among the first to hear of some reportedly ‘special’ news.
The fall issue of the Town of Outlook newsletter includes news of the upcoming event, but also reveals that the meeting will include a ‘Special Announcement’ to be made.
It’s unknown what the news surrounding the announcement is exactly, but speculation and theories are already abound in the public eye, ranging from something related to the recently-announced Gas Tax Fund and Budget 2019 ‘top-up’ combined funding that will see the Town receive close to $275,000, to the possible construction of new infrastructure, such as a new fire hall.
Whatever the special announcement may be, it’s just one of several reasons why Outlook residents and ratepayers should make a point to attend the public meeting, set to take place on Thursday, October 17 at the Outlook Civic Centre starting at 7:00 pm. The moderated event will include an overview of the Town’s current activities, finance reports, and a question-and-answer period.
