Owned and operated by Roxann Boychuk, RB's currently employs three others: Christine Perrick, Maryann Boychuk and Paige Werner.

鈥淩B's offers a full menu including anything from homemade pies to burgers or steak and lunch buffets like our famous Tuesday Ukrainian buffet, which is served from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.,鈥 Roxann said. 鈥淲e also offer catering services for many events, big or small.

鈥淥ur hours of operation are Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.鈥

Roxann said that she took approximately one year to renovate the former bakery, and with the help of High-End Construction she plans more renovations in the months to come.

鈥淚 have always loved to cook but never imagined that my dream of owning my own restaurant would become reality as it did on August 23 of last year,鈥 she said. 鈥淲e have celebrated one year and would not be where we are today without the on-going support of many in Norquay and surrounding areas.鈥

The celebration included music by Saddles and Steel, a street dance to music by Steven Jesmer and the Takers, a beer garden and lots of food, which included perogies, Ukrainian plates, the business鈥檚 specialty which is a Ukrainian buffet, its 鈥渇amous鈥 ribs and wings.

鈥淲e were open from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.,鈥 Roxann said.

She encourages district residents to consult the business鈥檚 Facebook page or call the restaurant any time.
