Update: Kindersley RCMP arrest one of two fugitives

KINDERSLEY — Update, Feb 6: One of two people 小蓝视频 sought in an investigation into a break-in and flight from police has been arrested.

On Feb. 3, Tami Falcon was arrested in Biggar by Biggar RCMP. She is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Feb. 6.

Kindersley RCMP continue to ask the public to report information on the whereabouts of Derrick Seefried. The silver BMW has been recovered by police and his current method of travel is unknown.

Original story, Feb. 3: Kindersley RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a man and a woman from Biggar who are suspects in a break-in.

Derrick Seefried and Tami Falcon are believed to be travelling in a 2005 silver BMW 325XI with Alberta license plate CKD5623.

RCMP say that just after midnight on Feb. 3, Kindersley RCMP received a report of a break-in at a residence in Eston. When they responded they observed a silver car parked outside of the residence. As they approached, the car began to drive off.

A release by RCMP says an officer attempted to get the vehicle to stop, but it instead almost struck the officer. The officer was not injured.

Kindersley RCMP officers later located the silver car on Highway 30 and attempted a traffic stop, but, again, the vehicle did not stop.

At approximately 2 a.m., Rosetown RCMP officers located the vehicle in Rosetown and attempted a traffic stop. The silver car did not stop and, according to the release, rammed two police vehicles while fleeing.

Through investigation, Kindersley RCMP have identified the occupants of the silver car.

Twenty-six-year-old Derrick Seefried from Biggar is charged with:

  • break and enter with intent;
  • assault with weapon;
  • dangerous operation of a motor vehicle; and
  • flight from peace officer.

Twenty-two-year-old Tami Falcon from Biggar is charged with:

  • break and enter with intent; and
  • flight from peace officer.

Warrants have been issued for their arrests. Kindersley RCMP are actively working to locate them and ask the public to report information on their whereabouts.

Derrick Seefried is described as approximately five foot 11 and 165 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to visit the Eston, Rosetown, Biggar and Medicine Hat areas, but his current whereabouts are unknown.

Tami Falcon is described as approximately five foot 10 and 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She is known to visit the Eston, Rosetown, Biggar and North Battleford areas, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
