聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 The Canada Post program which provided a share of $56,000 to the Kamsack Skate Park committee last year, wants groups to apply for a portion of the $1.1 million the program will distribute this year.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The Canada Post Community Foundation for Children has been very active in Saskatchewan, said a release from Canada Post. 鈥淢ore than $1.1 million is available this year to organizations that support children and youth programs.鈥�
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 All the money raised in a province stays there, the release said. Last year, the Foundation distributed $56,000 to seven deserving Saskatchewan organizations: Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Weyburn; Goodsoil School Community Council; Hector Thiboutot Community School (Northern Lights School Division #113) in Sandy Bay; Nipawin Daycare Co-operative; The Saskatchewan Abilities Council - Swift Current branch; Kamsack Skate Park Committee 聽and the YMCA of Moose Jaw.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The application process for the 2016 grants is now open, the release said.
