聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 A 26-year-old Kamsack man died in a two-vehicle accident last week.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 At approximately 9:30 p.m. on March 30, Kamsack RCMP were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway No. 8 just south of Kamsack.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A聽Pontiac Sunfire was travelling聽southbound and collided with a northbound聽Kia Sorrento, said a release from the Kamsack RCMP.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The聽driver of the Sorrento聽was taken to the Kamsack Hospital聽and transferred to hospital in Regina聽with non-life-threatening injuries, the release said. The driver and sole occupant of the聽Sunfire, a 26-year-old male from Kamsack, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 An RCMP collision analyst attended the scene and the matter remains under investigation, it said. Road conditions at the time of the collision were normal and alcohol is not believed to have been a factor.
