聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 The curling season concluded in Sturgis with the Matt's and Home Hardware bonspiel from March 7 to 13. There were a total of 17 teams entered with the Brian Peterson rink taking first place.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The Peterson rink members included Gail Peterson, Ivan Peterson and Elaine Meachem. They defeated the Conrad Peterson rink, with Kristen Peterson, Trae Peterson and Derek Ryczak.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The B event was won by the Trevor Olson team of Eugene Boychuk, Terry Mang and Daniel Wasylenchuk. They defeated the youngest team entered, skipped by Shae Peterson with members Brynn Babiuk, Cameron Secundiak and Jillian Tonn.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The C event was won by the team of Cory Babiuk, Bo Babiuk, Tyler Peniuk and Corwin Tonn. They defeated the rink of Brad Cameron whch included Jerry Lisizta and Jim Prekaski.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other teams entered included: Trudy Halvorson, Ken Bazansky, Phil Murrin, Patrick Kardynal, Todd Griffiths, Amber Bartch, Andrea Tonn, Rawhides, Tara Romanchuk, Secundiak鈥檚 Store and Curtis Secundiak.
