The monthly community potluck supper happened on the second Wed. of Oct. just like it does every month. There was a wonderful turnout to enjoy the Turkey, trimmings and all the other delicious dishes on the Thanksgiving supper table. Melba McAlpine won the 50/50 draw which was a little richer because of the good crowd in attendance. Nina Moller won the door prize - a pie donated by Mary Nagy... yummy!
Word has been received that Calvin Roy Ahosaari passed away in Calgary, AB on Sept. 23 at the age of 63.
