Donation to Health Care Foundation
Craig Popoff of Canora Photo and Framing donated $1,200 to the Canora and District Health Care Foundation last week. The money was raised through a portrait fundraiser in which the Foundation members sold a family portrait session and an eight-by-10-inch print package for $75. The sitting fee and portrait would normally cost $135. There were 16 packages sold in a three-week period. Accepting the donation were Andrea Barteski and Liz Palchewich of the Health Care Foundation.
