A corrective action plan for the landfill, and curb replacements on Highway No. 9 were among the items of concern to town council at its regular meeting on February 16.
Council endorsed Tetra Tech Canada鈥檚 response to the Ministry of Environment regarding the corrective action plan for the landfill and submitting the response to the ministry.
Council also endorsed Tetra Tech Canada鈥檚 response to the Ministry of Environment regarding the Phase II and III landfill site assessments and forwarding the response to the ministry.
Council accepted the Walker Projects February 2 engineering proposal regarding curb replacements on Highway No. 9.
Council accepted the Beckie Hydrogeologists February 2 proposal for the 2021 water well rehabilitation and maintenance project.
Council transferred an additional $40,000 to the facilities reserve for 2020.
