Students who were in the top 10 in Cherrydale included Rhett Ludba, second in squirt boys; Cooper Kraynick, third in squirt boys; Wyatt Wolkowski, sixth in squirt boys; Natalie St. Mars, 10th in squirt girls; and Taye Shukin, third in beginner boys.

To wrap up the season, the cross-country team celebrated with an ice cream party on October 7. Runners who came out to the tournament were treated to a free ice cream and were allowed to ‘challenge’ students and staff to run as many laps around the playground as their ages to earn ice cream.
