聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 The Canora branch of the Crossroads Credit Union continues assisting with community projects by making a donation to the Buchanan Skating Rink.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A cheque for $3,000 was awarded to Darren Godhe of the Buchanan Skating Rink at the Crossroads Credit Union on December 15. The funds will be used to help renovate and improve the rink.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The donation was made possible by the Crossroads Community Investment Fund, which assists non-profit organizations in the community to benefit current and future residents, said Leanne Woloshyn, corporate services assistant with Crossroads Credit Union. In 2016, a total of 12 non-profit organizations were awarded funds through the program, with donations totalling $46,068.
