The annual Preeceville October trade show, sponsored by the Preeceville Fire Department, featured 43 booths offering all sorts of personal hygiene, artistic, weight loss, clothing and many other unique household items and gift ideas. The show was held at the Preeceville Legion Hall on October 10.
Door prize tickets, 50/50 tickets and a homemade soup-and-sandwich luncheon added to the success. An added attraction was a selection of homemade pies that included pumpkin pies.
Willie Jakubowski accompanied by his wife June Jakubowski, Stephanie Prestie and Phyllis Fleming provided musical entertainment during the day.
Members of the Preeceville Fire Department were on hand to encourage everyone to check the batteries in their smoke detectors. Trevor Bartel, fire chief, handed out information, children鈥檚 items and free popcorn.
Vendors included: Janet Roelens with Scentsy products, Tammy Pantiuk with Rada knives, Jody Herman with Younique, Edith Belesky with Color by Amber, Heather Godlien with Norwex and Juice Plus, Janice Housden with Thirtyone gifts, Elsie Jensen with Tupperware, Tamara Crozier with Sunset Gourmet, Selene Carmochid with It wWorks products, Paul鈥檚 Drugs Store with Ideal protein weight management, Marie Kupchnski with Mary Kay, Elly Carlson with Jamberry, Brianna Rudachyk with Epicure, Linda Greba, Jasmine Huser with Jazz it Up, and Arlene Espement with Signature Homestyles. Brittany Halkyard featured a booth with Young Living. Athena Greba had Seacret products. Joanne Craig featured homemade jewelry. Diane Matuesh sold baking items. Tammy Lowey featured leggings. Laura Dahl had Uffdah soaps. Rachael Kashuba鈥檚 homemade cookies were a huge hit. Linda Brewer had Off the Hook items.
Janice Housden featured wreaths. Sandra Johnson had puzzle lamps. Tanya Bilan had homemade heaven products. Mackenzie Burtnik featured Thrive product line. Stefanie Redditt had baking. The Sunrise Health Region home care featured an informational booth. Eugene Tretaik had woodworking items. Chance Anaka showcased paintings. Kim Takatch had Simply Delish items. Crystal Bjola had a booth with Crystal鈥檚 Creations. Other booths were Problem Solved, Dale Work, Eugenia Kennedy, Georgia Johnson Baby Drooly鈥檚 and Sensory.
All proceeds were allotted towards equipment for the fire department.
