聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 A Kamsack realtor has been awarded the Accredited Buyer鈥檚 Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer鈥檚 Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Nicole Lachambre of Cottenie and Gardner Inc. in Kamsack, joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, said a release from Cottenie and Gardner. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer, the release said. There are more than 40,000 active members of the organization world-wide.
The National Association of Realtors, 鈥淭he Voice for Real Estate,鈥 is the world's largest professional association, representing over a million members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, it said.
Lachambre has been at Cottenie and Gardner for three years. She also earned her Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification this year, which is the only negotiating certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors.聽Additionally, she is an insurance broker with the CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation with honours.
