There will be a new executive director at SIGN in Yorkton after the organization and Richard Sevigny parted company recently.
"The only thing I will say is Richard Sevigny is no longer involved with SIGN," said Myrna Rhinas, chair of the organization's Board of Directors.
As to whether Sevigny resigned, or was let go, Rhinas said that was "a confidential matter" between the Board and Sevigny.
Rhinas said SIGN is undertaking a process to hire a new executive director.
"We'll be advertising," she said, adding "we don't have a timeline, but we want to find someone as quickly as possible," for the stability of the organization.
In the interim, SIGN's Business Manager Dale Polischuk has been appointed acting executive director, said Rhinas.
