Laketown Leaders sponsors Noon Pot Luck Luncheons on Mondays at the Saltcoats Stirling Room.
Scheduled dates are Jan. 17, Feb. 21, March 21 and April 18. The handi bus runs on the third Thursdays of a month. This is for Laketown Leaders and leave from the Stirling Room.
The Lakeside Manor Christmas raffle winners were: Melissa Bassingthwaite - the Christmas basket, Marietta Andrews - the Avon basket, Bev Frank - the snowman light, Pam Dimapilis - the angel, Lorraine Yont - the apron set, Naomi Wiwchar - the miniature Christmas house, Eldon Prier - the latch hook pillow.
Saltcoats Library sponsors the annual Robbie burns Tea on Sat., Jan. 29 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Stirling Room. The admission is $5.00 a person. Laketown Leaders are willing to undertake activities such as day (neepawa lily) trips, crafting, quilting, bus (manitou, Peace Gardens) trips, etc.
Such endeavors would need organizational assistance to undertake. Other ideas and suggestions are most welcome.
