The Yorkton RCMP has received a complaint from the Big Brothers and Sisters Club that fraudsters accessed their computer system which sent out requests to their contacts and requested participants to purchase Google Play gift cards and other gift cards on their behalf.
This is a fraud.
If you receive an email or phone call of this type, do not take any action.
If there is any question as to the validity of an email or phone call, please call the business or organization directly.
Gift cards continue to be requested on behalf of these fraudsters and we are seeing multiple seniors 小蓝视频 targeting and falling victim to their attempts.
