A large education and career fair organized by Parkland College and the Good Spirit School Division next week in Yorkton will be a major opportunity for career seekers in East-Central Saskatchewan.
Career Explorations 2010 will bring students and members of the public together with more than 50 exhibitors representing educational institutions and employers in the healthcare, mining, public service, telecommunications, and other industries.
The fair runs at the Gallagher Centre Flexihall on November 16 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on November 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A program on Tuesday night beginning at 6 p.m. will feature a keynote address from Deputy Premier Ken Krawetz and a panel discussion between leaders of key industries.
Admission is free to all.
