Looking northwestward on Broadway Street. On the corner of Third Avenue North, we see the Union Bank erected in 1906.
On the opposite corner, the frame structure built in 1897 by T. C. Collacott, was a hardware store for several years.
Then, in 1911, the Bank of Toronto erected the brick building on this corner. It is today, Alexander's Men's Wear.
