The Calder Rec Board would like to thank everyone who attended our Annual Fall Supper. A big thank you goes out to the ladies who helped make the cabbage rolls, perogies & the dainties.
The Calder Seniors have been busy with their whist drives. The winners of the whist drive were 1st Peter Wereshuk, 2nd Mary Sobkow, 3rd Jack Miller, low Marlene Miller.
Pots of Gold winners were Gordon Kahut and Elmer Eftoda.
The Calder Seniors held their Invitational Whist Drive at the Good Neighbour Centre. The winners were 1st Dorothy Brick of Langenburg, 2nd Robert Doubleday of Bredenbury, 3rd Margaret Kitz of Langenburg, 4th Peter Wereshuk of Calder, low Edan Olm of Churchbridge.
Pots of Gold winners were Mildred Danylko of Calder and Beth Furtney of Roblin, Manitoba.

The Calder School held a Thanksgiving dinner at the school. Everyone enjoyed the great meal supplied by the student's parents.

The Calder Playschool will be having a Pancake Breakfast on Nov. 14, 2010 at the Calder Community Rink. Breakfast is from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be Door Raffles. Preschool free.
