KAMSACK - Bonnie Hoyer of Alberta recently shared a beautiful vintage photo she came across that featured a pair of young Kamsack brothers working as newspaper delivery boys.
In the words of Hoyer: “I thought that I would share this photo taken ca. 1916 (I think more like 1910) in the town of Kamsack, Sask. I found this photo while digging around on the Saskatchewan Archives website. The two little newspaper delivery boys are brothers Cyril (1902-1982) and Claude PARKINSON (1904-1979). They were the sons of Christopher Parkinson and Ellen Amelia Hough.”
